What services do we provide?

The Aboriginal Education Resource Centre offers a state-wide service which includes:

  • Loan of books, videos, DVDs, audiocassettes, CDs, CD-Roms, posters, kits
    (These may be obtained by visiting the Centre or by Post, Telephone, Fax or Email) 
  • Research service - literature searches and the internet
  • Selection of resources service to assist teachers with: The introduction of Aboriginal Studies units, The implementation of Aboriginal perspectives across the curriculum, Teaching and working effectively with Aboriginal students
  • Collection development service - assisting schools to develop up-to-date and appropriate collections in the Aboriginal studies area
  • Preparation of bibliographies
